Long time no hear and for that I apologise! I have been looking into expanding my Business and finding new premises which I have now found and almost signed the lease on! Yippee! But more about that process in another blog post that I really hope is coming soon!
However! One of the reasons for expanding my Business is so I can start doing Mindfulness & Meditation classes (M&M’s), regular Reiki Shares, more Reiki Workshops and a chance for like minded Therapists with their own client base to rent a therapy room!!
Reiki share – consists of a group of Reiki Healers getting together to share healing with each other. So often healers are excellent at healing others but forget to look after themselves! 
The first Tuesday of every month starting on Tuesday 5th January we will meet up at my new premises for a couple of hours from 7pm for chats, giggles, chats and healing. What more can you ask for?! The evening will cost £5pp and include hot drinks and nibbles!! Please let me know if you are interested in coming along. All I ask of you is that you have at least a Reiki 1 Attunement cetificate.
Reiki Workshops will take place as and when there is a need. So if you are interested in Reiki and perhaps doing your Reiki 1 then plea
se get in touch. These workshops are great fun, we learn loads and of course go off track far to often but food is (obviously) included and you will receive a certificate at the end!
For those wanting to do their Reiki 2’s we will get a date in the diary ASAP!
Mindfulness and Meditation Classes – relaxed informal classes where we will discuss mindfulness and have a meditation and chat about whatever comes up on the day/evening. If you feel as if you need some “me” time or just feel a bit lost and confused then you need to come to these classes. They will be semi organised but I find it is easier just to go with the flow. Some of you may think you can’t meditate – that your mind wanders- that is perfectly normal. Everyone’s mind wanders!
These classes will have a maximum of 8 per class. and will start on the first Wednesday in January at 7pm. There will also be another during a week day and possibly at a weekend depending on the response. My Monday evening class has already been taken.
Renting a room– If you are a qualified Therapist with your own Client Base and need to rent a therapy room part time in Kesgrave, Suffolk, I will have one available from January. If you are interested then please contact me for more information. Thank you.
