Reflexology is a massage treatment using specific pressure techniques applied to the feet or hands, where all the internal organs and structures are mirrored in miniature.
Reflexology helps the body maintain health, balance and equilibrium. When all the systems of the body are working in harmony, the body is able to maintain the best state of health.
Babies and children respond well to reflexology and I have had great success treating children with glue ear, concentration, speech and anxiety problems.

Face The World Thai Foot Massage
Thai foot massage originated in Thailand about 2000 years ago. The massage covers the feet as well as the lower legs and includes hands on stretching, massage, stimulating reflex points and following the Thai energy lines (Sen). It has elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, Chinese massage and Yoga incorporated into the massage itself and is said to stimulate the activity of internal organs and therefore be beneficial for optimum internal health. It is still taught by Buddhist Monks in the temples of Thailand.

If you enjoy Reflexology but would appreciate the lower legs and the deep stretches being included along with a beautifully relaxing foot massage then this is the treatment for you. If you would like a combination of Thai Foot Massage combined with a Reflexology treatment then that is also possible!
