My name is Elizabeth Johns and I live in Kesgrave with my husband and two children.
Initially a hobby while raising my children I eventually formed Just Bea 16 years ago. Inspired by my young nieces and nephews who couldn’t say “Elizabeth” I have always been know simply as Bea. I didn’t want anything pretentious or unwelcoming and so Just Bea felt just right.
I am a fully qualified solution focused hypnotherapist training with the world renowned CPHT and a Hypnotherapy supervisor and mentor.
With a love for learning and a passion for people my “menu” of holistic and natural treatments has increased steadily over the years. With qualifications from the Vocational Training Charitable Trust, City & Guilds, International Health & Beauty Council and the International Institute of Health & Holistic Therapies I also hold insurance and membership with the Federation of Holistic Therapies.
I currently offer several treatments and therapies from Reiki, meditation and reflexology to the ancient Ayurvedic face-lift and Indian head massages with plenty in between. I hold regular Reiki workshops for those who are interested in learning more about this healing energy. I practice a friendly and professional service completely dedicated to you and your needs.
