Just Bea will finally be opening up for face to face appointments from Monday 13th July 2020!
There are strict regulations in place and before every appointment my clients will be sent an email with these regulations.
Currently no facials or touching the face are allowed. I will update you when this changes as soon as I know.
Please be aware that all necessary COVID-19 risk assessments have been completed, in order to maintain safe conditions in line with government regulation.
I have also taken extensive advice from my association and membership bodies; Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the Kinesiology Federation (KF).
Please be advised of the following points:
If you have a high temperature, a new continuous cough or noticed a loss or change in, normal sense of taste or smell, please cancel your appointment and we will rearrange. However mild those symptoms are, we will need to re-book your appointment. (The 24 hour cancellation fee is not in place at this time)
Please park in the drive in front of the therapy room. If there is a car already in the drive please pull up by the hedge on the right hand side of the road. I will come and get you.
Please make sure you have been to the lavatory before you come for your treatment. Although I will obviously not turn you away if you need to use my facilities, using your own personal facilities before your appointment would be preferable.
Please wear a mask.
Please bring your own water with you.
At the entrance to the therapy room is an area with information and hand sanitiser. Please use the hand sanitiser before entering the therapy room.
There will be baskets for your bag, shoes and clothes if necessary.
If I show any symptoms, I will cancel appointments immediately and self isolate for two weeks. I will inform any clients who I have seen in the previous two weeks.
This is a really testing time, please don’t feel intimidated by the masks or screens that we have to wear. At this time this is essential to remain safe and well.
