For the last few months I have have been aware that Just-Bea is evolving! Circumstances change, opportunities arise and clients and friends say off the cuff comments that are stored away in my library of a brain. I will explain my brain! I have a weird visualisation of my brain, it is my old school library full of books and references.
When my brain is organised and clear the books are all neatly on the shelves and the desk is clear! When I am stressed, dis-organised and tired, the books are on the floor. When there is a book that needs looking at it keeps popping up on the desk until it has been addressed, referenced and put away on the shelf again! Good eh? Anyway, I have digressed. Where was I?!
Yes! Just-Bea is evolving. as a therapist it is necessary to keep training. Keeps us up to date and it is natural that we progress and move forward. I am really looking forward to the Touch for Health Kinesiology course I will be starting in a few weeks time. Its exciting that I can use it alongside my other treatments to help balance the body and help maintain its natural harmony. Kinesiology or muscle testing as it is also known is also excellent for finding out if you have a food intolerance, an emotional, mental or physical imbalance. This is going to be an exciting couple of days training and I cannot wait to introduce it to you all!
The other news I have that I can now share with you is I will be starting a 10 month solution focused hypnotherapy course in July. This is a huge commitment, physically, mentally, emotionally and financially. I had a telephone interview on Friday with the course tutor and was delighted to be accepted on the course. It has taken months, finding a reputable course, little did I know that I only had to ask my Brother who trained in Bristol that the course he did was also available in London! I messaged him asking to check out the two courses that I had narrowed it down too only for him to come back to me and say there was no contest. One of the course details I had sent him was the same one he did! Obviously meant to be. Having said that, think there will be a bit of pressure. They all know my brother, he has a good reputation. I have a lot to live up to! (Should I tell them his childhood nickname is Boidy!)
So! For one weekend every month for 10 months I will be making my way to London to learn more about our complicated brains! It is so exciting. I can’t wait to help people with their anxiety, fears, sadness, pain etc.
Even though Just-Bea is evolving rest assured I will still be continuing with my other therapies! There is not a therapy I prefer over any others. I love them all! I just want to be able to give my clients more choice and continue to expand my knowledge in this complicated world we live in!
